so what do you do on a rainy day during the summer? with no option to go outside, we decided to make use of our oven again. our friend had brought over some unused pumpkin mix, evaporated milk, and pie crust. so instead of doing your typs pumpkin pie, we got crafty and crumbled the pie crusts in mini muffin pans.

we had so much pumpkin mix left over, we went a step further and did pumpkin cake pops. we had done them for hayley's birthday, but this time they were a bit temperamental (probs because we were using diff ingreds).
