5 years and countin'

so it's not like i've traveled enough this semester, but i had to go visit a bestie from high school (who was actually my roommate for three years..crey crey right?!) we had been planning a visit for a while and i still can't believe it actually happened. check out a couple of things we did!

it really looks like a castle!

bryn mawr is so beautiful! walking around campus, i kept noticing how quiet it was. i guess that's what you get for not going to school in the city. 

clam chowder, fried calamari, and grilled swordfish with kale and curry chickpeas.(not pictured)..yummmm

food is always a staple part of any trip. on friday we went to the oyster house and had some delicious seafood (yeah i know i live in baltimore, but it was the only place that would seat us right away..plus it was worth it)

on saturday we went to verdad, a spanish tapas restaurant in bryn mawr. look at that guacamoleeeee. i don't usually eat guacamole, but every table had it so we had to get it (plus i was really hungry..no regs).

in order to procrastinate homework (always a goal), we went to get our nails done. someone always gets on my case about chipped nails, but now they are nicely painted  "lincoln park after dark" by opi

knowing her since sophomore year of high school, i can't imagine my life without her
