see that huge can of pumpkin puree? i picked it up last week while grocery shopping, in hopes of baking many fantastic pumpkin goods this october. first up, pumpkin scones!
i used a recipe that imitates the starbucks pumpkin scones from this great blog. i left off the icing to be healthier, and i doubled the cinnamon to make up for other lacking spices.
i made eight scones as opposed to six, but next time i might even make them smaller to have some mini scones! because honestly, everything is better in mini-form.
