thanks to lauren's living social deals we have been able to go to some great places to eat that i wouldn't normally go to (including cazbar and mughal gardens). last night we took advantage of a deal to sticky rice in fells point!
our menu included:
- miso soup
- garden of eden...tempura carrots, cucumbers, avocados rolled with wasabi mayo and umeboshi paste
- sante fe...tempura fried sweet potato with agave jalapeno and sesame seeds
- avocado tempura...cream cheese, cucumbers, avocado, spicy sauce drizzled with ponzu and scallions
- veggie tempura plate...tempura fried asparagus, sweet potato, onion, broccoli, and pineapple with ponzu dipping sauce
as you can see we had tempura on the mind
