mini muffs

well if you haven't figured it out by now, we are obsessed with baking

after a long week of problem sets and a weekend filled with productivity (completed 4 homework sets wohoo!) it was time to treat myself and make banana chocolate chip muffins. while trying to get the ingredients together, lauren and i realized that we had no eggs and the milk had gone sour. among many other things that we say we are going to accomplish and never do, grocery shopping was one of them. good thing there is a 24 hour market right across the street. after a dash over there, we were able to make these fine lookin' muffins
